Frequently asked questions
Before your massage
How do I choose the right massage?
If you want to relax, choose the relaxing or Swedish massage. If you have tension in your neck or shoulders, deep tissue is a better fit. Not sure? Your therapist will help you choose before you start.
How do I set the pressure during the session?
Tell your therapist at any time if you want more or less pressure. An effective massage should not be painful, and your comfort comes first.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Some types of massage are not suitable during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor first and let us know when booking so we can arrange the right session.
What should I do after the session?
Take time to rest, drink plenty of water, and try to avoid heavy exertion for the rest of the day to keep the benefits going.
Can I book a massage at home?
Yes, across North Riyadh neighbourhoods. Send us your area on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and timing.
